Future Web Devs provides IT services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Mobile application development
• AI and machine learning solutions
• Digital marketing services
• E-commerce development
• Custom software development

2. Service Agreements

Specific project terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals. These project-specific agreements supplement these general Terms of Service.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal
• Typical payment structure: 50% upfront, 50% upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refund policy will be specified in individual project agreements

4. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership: Upon full payment, all custom-developed deliverables become the property of the client.

Our Rights: We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Components: Some projects may include third-party libraries, frameworks, or plugins subject to their respective licenses.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide necessary content, materials, and information in a timely manner
• Respond to project communications within agreed timeframes
• Provide clear and timely feedback during development
• Ensure they have rights to all provided content
• Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Warranty Period: We provide 3-6 months of post-launch support for bug fixes and minor adjustments.

Disclaimer: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond what is specified in the project agreement. We do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Future Web Devs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be signed upon request.

9. Project Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:

• Late client feedback or content provision
• Scope changes or additions
• Third-party dependencies
• Force majeure events

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Termination terms, including payment for work completed, will be as specified in the project agreement.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
